A friend discovers German markets with me

My girlfriend came into town and we went straight away to the Markthalle in Downtown Stuttgart.  We enjoyed the largest croissants I've ever had, and then we meandered around the market.  Enjoy!!!!

And if you look real close you'll see that this little bitty truffle sitting on the scale cost
(I believe) 75,00 euros.  (That would be about $100).

Surely it didn't really cost that much? I am envious of your markets!

It really did cost that much!!! We actually asked the saleswoman to weigh the largest truffle she had. She took the largest one out and put it on the scale, and if you could enlarge the picture, you could see 75,00 euros!!!

Oh my gosh - it's 3:05 a.m and I just submitted an assignment. How painful is that!!!!
